The house is situated close to Central Stavanger - only 10 minutes walk (1 km) from town centre in Stavanger.

APARTMENT 1: with three twin bedrooms (sleeps 6)- Ground floor apartment: hallway, 3 double bedrooms (2 single beds in each room; sleeps 6 people), kitchen/ living room and bathroom.


APARTMENT 2 with two triple bedrooms (sleeps 6): 1st floor apartment: 2 triple bedrooms, kitchen/living room and bathroom.


APARTMENT 3 with one twin bedroom (sleeps 4): 2nd floor apartment: 1 double bedroom, kitchen, living room with double bed and bathroom. Bathroom with shower, washbasin, wc and washing machine.


ALL APARTMENTS ARE FULLY EQUIPPED AND COMFORTABLE, WITH INTERNET ACCESS.

APARTMENT 1: NOK 1200 per night / NOK 7800 per week APARTMENT 2: NOK 1100 per night / NOK 7100 per week APARTMENT 3: NOK 800 per night / NOK 5200 per week Discounts: for rental of more than 2 weeks a discount may be given - please contact us for more details. Minimum stay: We have a minimum stay of 2 following nights. It is possible to rent for 1 night; but the price will then be the same as for 2 nights. Security Deposit: NOK 1000 / EURO 150 / GBP 100 A security deposit must be paid to secure your booking. The deposit will be refunded after the completion of the rental period and once inspection is satisfactory that the property has been left in same condition as found on arrival: Final Cleaning: NOK 400 will be added to the rental price. Note: For rentals of one week or more, final cleaning is included in the price. Optional Extra: Bed linen and towels – NOK 100 per person per stay. Note: For rentals of one week or more, one set of linen/towels per person included in price. Free baby cot bed if required. PARKING FREE.
