The villa is just few metres from the sand beaches along Jonian Sea Cost, one of the nicest banks of South Italy.
It is a two floor accommodation, with a small garden around, external oven, barbecue and terrace on the back.
On the ground floor there is a wide living room with sofa and chairs, a round table with chairs, a fireplace and a wide stair to reach upper floor.
Kitchen is wide enough, has a table with six chairs, fridge with refrigerator,cooker with four gas flames.There is also a bathroom on the same floor with tub.Air conditioning on both floor (from June 06)
On the first floor there is a double bedroom (a single bed can be added), two twin rooms - the two single beds can joined - bathroom with shower.
All the bedrooms has wide balconies where is possible to get relax or tanning too. The villa has also its own garage in the underground floor.
