This villa is one year old and it is located 30 minutes far from Lisbon more precisely close to the most prestigious golf resort of Quinta da Marinha.
The villa has 3 floors:
basement-laundry and a garage for 3 cars.
Ground floor- modern equipped kitchen, bathroom, bedroom with double bed and a large living room
First floor-3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms one ensuite.
This bathroom also has jaccuzy.
The villa also has 2 balconies and a terrace with big fixed barbecue.
The garden is grassed and there is also a pool that has sun light all day.
If you have children there is also a playground for children very close to the villa.

Rooms/Rates

The villa sleeps maximum 10 persons. The prices are for 8 persons. The nineth and the 10th persons pay 100 euros each per week. We dont charge for children till 4 years old. We have cots and high chairs. Low season- 1600 euros Middle season- 1900 euros High season- 2300 euros Peak season- 2500 euros We also ask at the arrival date for a damage deposit of 350 euros. This damage deposit is returned to you at the end of your staying if there are no damages inside the villa.

The villa has central heating, air conditionner, central vacum cleaning, music surrounding. The television has cable, there is also a dvd player and a stereo. The kitchen has : dishwasher, oven, stove,american refrigerator,microwave, kettle, coffee mashine, toaster.
