For the lovers of the fishers: the Cecina River slides approximately 500 mt from the property. The favorable position allows you to reach easily the most important cities of art of the Tuscany. Pisa, Volterra and S. Gimignano in approximately 30 minuts, while Florence, Lucca and Siena, can be reached in less than 1 hour. The famous "White Beaches" are only 10 minuteren far. Who loves traditions can visit the small village of Montescudaio with various restaurants with typical kitchen and shops (5 Km).
